Return & Cancellations
Yes. All artwork is insured while in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once the artwork has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Because each artwork is an original, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you.
We take great care in packaging each piece. If damage occurs during shipping, please email us as soon as possible with clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Because each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not available. If you’re unsure about a piece, we encourage you to reach out with questions before purchasing.
